Kikanbo, the renowned Japanese ramen chain, launched its first standalone beef bone ramen restaurant in Hong Kong at 528 Jaffe Road, Causeway Bay, spanning approximately 1,100 sq ft. Opened in August 2024, this venture introduces a distinct beef bone ramen concept while preserving the essence of Kikanbo’s brand identity.
We were tasked with crafting a contemporary Japanese interior that diverges from Kikanbo’s signature bold and spicy ramen aesthetic. We created a serene, refined ambiance that contrasts with the brand’s intense, fiery vibe, yet subtly reflects its core DNA. The result is a fresh, inviting space that offers customers a unique dining experience while staying true to Kikanbo’s heritage.
